She holds an A.A. degree from Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Fla. and graduated from Gainesville High School with a dual enrollment at Santa Fe College.
She was born and raised in Gainesville and now resides in St. Augustine.
Brandie Kirkland, Practice Enhancement Specialist
"I joined St. Augustine Ear, Nose and Throat in 2011 as a medical receptionist. In my new role, I will be providing support for payroll and staff scheduling, medical compliance, insurance and coinsurance processing as well as patient scheduling, tracking and reminders. I'm thrilled to be named administrative assistant at St. Augustine Ear, Nose & Throat and Avanti Medical Spa and look forward to serving all of our clientele."
Brandie will also assist with computer and IT functions in addition to coordinating informational seminars. Kirkland is responsible for working with medical and aesthetics staff during ear, nose and throat (ENT) patient procedures and medical spa treatments.
Kirkland has more than three years of experience in the medical field as a patient scheduling and billing coordinator as well as insurance collections and diagnostic coding. She attended Fletcher High school in Jacksonville and graduated from Pedro Menendez High school in St. Augustine. Kirkland was born in Palatka, FL and currently resides in St. Augustine.

Matt has more than 11 years of advanced clinical experience in a multiple areas including, ENT, Pediatrics and Aesthetics. At Avanti Medical Spa, Matt is responsible for consulting and performing numerous cosmetic treatments including Botox and Xeomin, Dermal Fillers and Fraxel resurfacing laser. What he enjoys most about aesthetics is the ability to really enhance and improve not only someone’s appearance, but their overall self-confidence.
Matt holds a degree from the University Of Florida School Of Physician Assistant Studies in Gainesville, Fla.
Matt is a native Floridian and enjoys boating, fishing and fitness. He and his family reside in Saint Johns.
